Liquor Pig recently opened in Downtown Scottsdale and was created by industry veterans Scott Casey and Steve “Chops” Smith. The locale specializes in masterfully made cuisine and cocktails in a welcoming atmosphere. Not only is this drink, the Spam Folder, creative in its presentation, but it also offers exotic and tropical flavors in a nod to Polynesian culture. It’s made with whiskey, rum, Cinnamon Demerara, Vecchio del Cap Amaro, pineapple, spam, and lime. $19
