Fire at Will, the Scottsdale restaurant known for its creative takes on comfort food, will add lunch service beginning Feb. 3. The restaurant will open at 11 a.m. daily.
The lunch menu will include some of the favorites from the dinner menu—including the Crispy Burssels Sprouts, Hush Burger, Grilled Faroe Island Salmon, and Lobster Roll—as well as new items. New selections range from the Shrimp and Grits (Wild Mexican shrimp, Tasso, holy trinity, and Marsh Hen Mill white cheddar grits) to the Bacon BBQ Burger (two quarter-pound smash patties served on Noble brioche buns, with bacon, BBQ sauce, crispy onion strings, American cheese and aioli) to the Steak Frites (grilled and marinated skirt steak, house steak sauce and Frite Street fries).
“Our team works hard to create chef-driven concepts that offer diners an opportunity to get outside their comfort zones when it comes to dining and drinking,” says Cast Iron Concepts owner and chef Dom Ruggiero.
Cast Iron Concepts is the local restaurant group behind both Fire at Will and Hush Public House, and is an Arizona-based hospitality group specializing in chef-driven neighborhood dining experiences.
