A new study has found the best U.S. cities for thrill-seekers, with Honolulu crowned top.
The study, conducted by student travel company Rustic Pathways, looked at the 100 most populated cities across the U.S. and 16 of the most thrill-seeking activities, to see which city had the most activities per 100,000 residents.
Honolulu is the best U.S. city for thrill-seekers, with 60.57 activities per 100,000 residents. In Honolulu, thrill-seekers can enjoy 42 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours.
Miami, Florida, follows second with 42.94 activities per 100,000 residents. In this city, 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours are the most available, with a total of 34 tours on offer.
Las Vegas ranks third, with 40.84 activities per 100,000 residents. In Las Vegas, 4WD, ATV, and off-road tours prove to be popular here, with a total of 147 tours available.
Orlando, Florida, is placed fourth with 28.16 activities per 100,000 residents. Kayaking and canoeing are the most popular activity in this city, with a total of 21 tours offered.
Ranking fifth is Scottsdale, with 24.27 activities per 100,000 residents. Bike tours are the activity most offered to thrill-seekers in this city, with 19 tours available.
