Two Celebrity Chefs Collaborate to Offer Exclusive Seven-Course Taco Tasting Menu

Like Tacos? Chef Angelo Sosa of the award-winning Tía Carmen and Chef Maria Mazon, executive chef and owner of BOCA Tacos y Tequila, are collaborating on an exclusive seven-course taco tasting menu (with beverage pairings) that will only be available only on July 28 and July 29.
This marks the start of the restaurant’s “Tia and Chef” series, where Chef Angelo will collaborate with various Arizona chefs to create special menus for guests and locals alike.
Chef Sosa, known for his work alongside the most pedigreed restaurateurs—including Alain Ducasse, Stephen Starr, and Masaharu Morimoto—is widely recognized for appearing on several television shows such as Bravo’s Top Chef for three seasons and HBO Max’s Selena + Chef. Chef Maria also competed on Bravo’s Top Chef and on the Food Network’s Chopped. In 2020 and 2022, Chef Maria was honored as a James Beard Award semi-finalist for Best Chef in the Southwest Region.
The special tasting menu will feature specialty tacos created by the two chefs and is $95++. Reservations are available via OpenTable.
