The Italian-inspired steakhouse The Americano, helmed by celebrated chefs Beau MacMillan and Peter McQuaid, is giving Sundays a glow-up with the launch of a decadent brunch program, featuring a lineup of different monthly themes with new dishes and expertly crafted cocktails exclusively available only once a month
“Brunch at The Americano is about crafting an upscale and memorable occasion where food and atmosphere seamlessly come together,” says MacMillan, director of culinary for Creation Hospitality. “This new program allows us to do what we love most – push the boundaries of our culinary creativity by introducing fresh themes and new special dishes at each brunch. It’s about offering guests an experience that’s as much about indulgence as it is about exploration.”
Upcoming themes include a Mardi Gras-inspired Jazz brunch (March 30), an elegant Easter affair (April 20) and a sophisticated Mother’s Day celebration (May 11). The Jazz brunch will bring the vibrant energy of the Big Easy to Scottsdale with New Orleans-themed dishes and a Creole Bloody Mary cart. The Easter brunch will showcase classic favorites, complemented by a Bloody Mary cart. The Mother’s Day brunch will offer a refined menu paired with a Bellini and mimosa cart ensuring a posh experience.
“The launch of our Rosés & Roses brunch is just the beginning of what we’re planning at The Americano,” says McQuaid, executive chef. “For this first brunch menu, we curated some standout dishes such as the lemon ricotta stuffed French toast and woodfired shrimp and grits, bringing a unique twist. We’re committed to keeping things exciting, so each brunch will be an opportunity to discover something new.”
