Sip-sationtional: 4 Limited-Edition Cocktails Created by Top Bartenders Across the Country Debut at North Italia
By Michelle Glicksman | June 23, 2023

Four limited-edition cocktails, created by the restaurant’s top bartenders across the country, are now available at North Italia. This Summer Sips campaign tasked North Italia’s bartenders from aross the country to reimagine retro recipes from their hometowns and make them their own.
At the Scottsdale location, find three of these drinks, as well as one that is exclusive to Arizona locations.
Each of the four bevvies were thoughtfully created by North Italia mixologists from across the country who drew inspiration from classic cocktails like the Blue Hawaiian, Vodka Gimlets and Whiskey Sours—drinks the team has been enjoying since their 21st birthday as a cheeky nod to North Italia turning 21 this year.
The options include:
- STRAWBERRY SINGER (Arizona locations only; created by North Italia Gilbert’s lead bartender, Lexy Laguna): Strawberry Infused Cazadores Tequila, Aperol, Tuscan Spice, Honey, Torn Basil, Lemon
- DOLCE FIORE (nationwide): Rose Infused Aviation Gin, Fiorente, Starlino Rosé, and Lemon
- AMARENA SOUR (nationwide): Yellowstone Bourbon, Disaronno, Grand Marnier, Luxardo Cherry, Pressed Lemon
- IL CIELO (nationwide): Vulcanica Sicilian Vodka, Fiorente, Blue Curacao, and Lemon
