Shiv Supper Club—and its The Dessert Room by Shiv—will open its doors on May 14, says restaurant representatives. Reservations are now being accepted.

The highly anticipated luxury fine-dining supper club is located in Old Town Scottsdale at 7373 E. Camelback Road.

“Shiv was designed to be unforgettable,” says Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group (RHG). “From the theatrics of the service to the music, lighting, and atmosphere, every moment is curated to surprise and excite. It’s not just dinner … It’s a night you’ll talk about long after it ends.”

The destination offers a seductive, sophisticated atmosphere and “a new level of experiential dining.” The name is a nod to the culinary instrument crafted to perfection.

Here’s what to expect:

The Locale

The 13,869-square-foot venue was designed with dramatic lighting, cascading greenery, sculptural accents, and rich textures. It also features a custom sound system and immersive lighting that set the stage for remixed house, pop, and feel-good beats nightly.

The Menu

RHG’s Culinary Director Dustin Cooke created the menu in collaboration with chef Jeff Mahin, the acclaimed restaurateur known for his work with the Michelin-starred Fat Duck, L2O in Chicago, Nobu, and Lettuce Entertain You. There’s everything from Tableside Truffle Butter to Nuggets and Caviar and a Lobster Caviar Dome to White Shrimp Bolognese and Charcoal-Fired Steaks.

Of course, the cocktail menu is as impressive as the food—both in taste and presentation. It was created by Beverage Director Lyndsi Mundy and features options such as a Salt & Vinegar Martini (vodka infused with salt & vinegar chips, pickle brine, dry vermouth, and pepperoncini, served with chips) and the Cry Baby (Buffalo Trace bourbon, lemon, maple cinnamon syrup, and grapefruit).

The Dessert Room

Every Friday and Saturday beginning at 10 p.m., Shiv transforms into The Dessert Room by Shiv. Designed to be an innovative nightlife experience, it offers immersive entertainment, champagne, and avant-garde desserts by acclaimed pastry chef Nundi Harris.

Two of the signature desserts include the Dessert Caviar Service (fruit-based pearls over panna cotta with coconut crème fraîche and vanilla shortbread; a play on classic caviar service using dessert items) and the PB Cube (a glossy chocolate cube filled with peanut butter mousse and fudge brownie).

Reservations for The Dessert Room are separate from the main Shiv Supper Club.
