‘Direct From the French Riviera’: Francine Debuts Fall Dishes and a New Seasonal Prix-Fixe Menu

“This is our ‘Cuisine of the Sun’ and these are the flavor profiles that we are bringing to our Scottsdale diners direct from the French Riviera,” says Chef Remy.
Some new menu highlights include the Flatbread Pizza with smoked mozzarella, chanterelles, and zahatar oil; Bluefin Tuna Tartare with figs, grape, white soy, lemon, and chives; Salmon Riveria with grapefruit, avocado, and arugula salad; the Mediterranean Octopus with arrabbiata, tapenad,e and zucchini; and the Duck Pithiviers with puff pastry, foie gras, and duck breast.
Guests can choose from the regular fall menu or the fall prix-fixe menu, which is $65 per person and includes two courses and a dessert. Some of the prix-fixe menu choices include Tuna Crudo, Sunchoke Soup, Salmon Riveria, Mushroom Rigatoni, and Chicken Tagine.
There are also new brunch dishes available, including Crepes Flambeed (orange marmalade, Cointreau, orange segments), Le Bagel (cheese cream, smoked salmon, cucumber, caper, chive, shallot, lemon), and Egg and Soldiers (soft boil egg, brioche, and cultured butter).
