Celeb-Favorite 40 Love Announces Spring Opening in Scottsdale
By Michelle Glicksman | March 14, 2024
Celeb favorite 40 LOVE, which currently has a location in Los Angeles, will open its next location in Old Town Scottsdale this spring.
Named after the tennis match point play, the classic American country club setting transforms into a modern lounge, as the concept pays a loose nod to the old traditional tennis country club capsule. In Los Angeles, the premiere space served as a sought-after destination to enjoy games, tournaments, celebrations, and hosted private events. There were often sightings of household names in sports, music and entertainment, such as Michael B. Jordan, Post Malone, Russell Westbrook, and many more.
Sean Mulholland and Avery Johnson Jr., co-founders of 40 Love Group, in partnership with Niall Horan, and Deandre Hopkins, and other high profile celebrities, are debuting this new home flagship in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale.
40 LOVE Scottsdale looks to continue on the lively vibes to socialize comfortably in luxurious furnishings, while casually enjoying daytime vibes into a sophisticated night. Kyle Carnine, previously with Steak 44, will serve as general manager, and will be spearheading guest experience and engagement with Jordan Strother, director of business Development.
Chef Ryan Pitt will oversee the upscale lounge and bar restaurant’s menu creations. The elevated dinner options will include vegetarian and healthy options. There will also be a weekend brunch, with crafted cocktails by a master mixologist.
