Arizona-Based Winery is Opening a New Scottsdale Tasting Room
By Michelle Glicksman | February 16, 2024
Next week, Old Town Scottsdale will get another tasting room. Los Milics Vineyards, an Arizona-based winery, will open the destination at 4151 N. Marshall Way on Feb. 22.
A cozy space will initially feature bar and table seating, but later this year, a larger permanent tasting room will open in the same location in different quarters.
“We have looked forward to launching our tasting room and being part of Scottsdale’s robust wine tasting scene,” says Pavle Milic, LMV winemaker and partner in Los Milics Vineyards. “We have many wine club members from the Valley and hope to make many new Los Milics fans by bringing our wines to Scottsdale.”
The winery, which includes three vineyards, a production facility, and a tasting room, and produces award-winning red, white, and rosé wines, is located in Elgin, which is less than an hour’s drive from Tucson and less than three hours from Phoenix. Last year, it was voted one of the top three New Winery Experiences in the U.S. by USA Today.
In addition to the Scottsdale tasting room, nine casitas and a restaurant will open in May 2024 at the Elgin winery.
The tasting room will be open Tues.-Thurs. from 11 a.m.-8 p.m.; Fri. and Sat. from 11 a.m.-9 p.m.; and Sun. from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. It will also be available for private events.
