Frybread Flight Making Workshop

Create your own frybread during an outdoor, hands-on class held on the Marshall Way Bridge overlooking the Scottsdale Waterfront.

Led by frybread makers Sasha and Celeste, this interactive experience teaches participants the techniques behind crafting perfectly golden frybread.

Once cooked, guests can sample their creations with four locally sourced dipping sauces, including powdered sugar, honey, white bean spread, and prickly pear syrup.

Hosted by The Frybread Lounge, the first and only Indigenous-owned restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, this class offers a fun and flavorful way to connect with local culture and cuisine.
