Unique New Breakfast Options Define Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s New Spring/Summer Menu
By Michelle Glicksman | April 27, 2023
Ever have breakfast pasta? How about a breakfast taco? Or a Chamomile Bourbon Palmer?
These are just the latest innovative offerings at Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, which launched its newest menu this week. The new menu goes far beyond basic eggs and pancakes, offering breakfast riffs such as the Love You E’Lote Breakfast Pasta (spaghettini tossed in house-made cotija cream sauce with red bell peppers, asparagus, and roasted corn, and then topped with a crispy sunny-side up cage-free egg, cotija cheese, chili-lime seasoning and a cotija crisp) and the Habanero Pork Belly Breakfast Fried Rice (jasmine fried rice with seared cider-braised habanero pork belly, sautéed red bell peppers, onions, poblanos, carrots, and pineapple, topped with a drizzle of house-made Sriracha maple aioli, two crispy sunny-side up eggs, scallions, and kimchi spice). There is also colorful plant-focused fare and creative a.m. libations (that Palmer? It’s made with chamomile infused bourbon, honey simple, house sour, and unsweetened tea).
Other highlights include the Adobo Roasted Veggie Breakfast Tacos, Kale & Avocado Quinoa Bowl, Spicy Kimchi Bloody Mary; and Summer Sangarita.
Snooze is committed to sustainable environmental practices and responsible food sourcing, so all items on its menu feature Snooze-approved ingredients, including cage-free eggs and humanely raised meats, says the company.
