New restaurant The Belmont will open in early 2025 in North Scottsdale, offering craft cocktails and an innovative menu of fresh, seasonal cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients.
This new concept, which will boast “a chic, elegant atmosphere where vintage charm meets modern comfort,” was created by Phillip Lewkowicz and Neal Thompson, who formed Rosewood Concepts, a hospitality group dedicated to elevating the North Scottsdale dining scene with their signature style.
Lewkowicz is the acting CFO of the lauded family establishments Café Monarch and Reserve Scottsdale.
“As a North Scottsdale resident, I’ve always felt there was a gap in quality dining options in our area,” he shares. “After spending years in fine dining and sourcing exceptional ingredients from around the world, I’m thrilled to bring that same level of culinary excellence to my own neighborhood. Partnering with my longtime friend Neal to launch Rosewood Concepts is a dream come true, and together we’re committed to raising the bar for dining in North Scottsdale.
“We want to create a place where people can enjoy amazing food and drinks without any pretense,” he continues.
The Belmont, which will offer lunch and dinner daily, as well as brunch on the weekends, will be located next to the original Mastro’s. The complex is currently undergoing enhanced renovations—which Lewkowicz says makes it a prime location for the new restaurant.
The interior will be designed by Lewkowicz’s wife, Megan.
