Someburros Debuted its First Spring Training Stadium Location in Scottsdale
By Michelle Glicksman | February 27, 2025

The family behind the family-owned and -operated Someburros Mexican restaurant took their love—and history of—baseball to the next level this year, debuting their first Spring Training stadium location.
Fans can now enjoy the restaurant’s burros, tacos, and more at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, home of Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies Spring Training.
For the Vasquez Family, baseball is more than just a game—it’s in their blood. With three generations of collegiate baseball players, their love for the game runs just as deep as their passion for authentic Mexican food.

“Bringing Someburros to Salt River Fields is a dream come true,” says Tim Vasquez, president and owner of Someburros. “Spring Training in Arizona is all about great baseball, great weather, and now—great Mexican food. We’re excited to be part of this tradition and give fans a home run experience with unbeatable flavors, refreshing drinks, and an incredible atmosphere.”
TACOS, TEQUILA, AND A PRIME VIEW OF THE GAME
This new locale includes the Someburros Tacos and Tequila Terrace—a premium game-day dining destination located behind Section 102, off the first baseline. The space features an elevated outdoor patio, premium seating, and a walk-up counter.
