Scottsdale Real Estate Brokerage and Development Company Breaks Ground on 11-Acre Gilbert Development
By Michelle Glicksman | April 18, 2023

The Scottsdale real estate brokerage and development company Diversified Partners recently broke ground on a $125-million project. The Mercy Center development project, located at 3635 S. Val Vista Drive in Gilbert, will cover more than 11 acres.
The building design will feature a unique concept, similar to Diversified Partner’s project on Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane (where the restaurant Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers is located). Restaurant drive-thrus actually go through the building.
A two-story, flagship Starbucks with a unique firepit feature and patio space on both levels will sit on the front of Val Vista Drive. The development will also feature a two-story retail, restaurant, and office space, which has already attracted a variety of tenants, including Gallery Nails, Nautical Bowls, Live Hydration Spa, Prizm Dental, Singh Dhillon Pediatric Dentistry, and Willow Midwife. The eastern half of the property will be home to a five-story Residence Inn by Marriott, a Homewood Suites Hotel, and a regional headquarters for Bell Bank. Other tenants will include Chipotle and 7-Eleven.
This development marks Diversified Partners’ continued growth in the Arizona market, following the success of other projects in the Metro Phoenix area, including its recent $100 million investment in commercial real estate in Glendale.
