Scottsdale is Getting Its First Fine-Dining Supper Club, Shiv Supper Club. Here’s What You Need to Know

Scottsdale will soon have its first fine-dining supper club.
Shiv Supper Club is set to open in early 2025 in Old Town Scottsdale at 7373 E. Camelback Road.
Created by Riot Hospitality Group, whose other brands include Cake, Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, El Hefe, Farm & Craft, Hand Cut Chophouse, Riot House, and Seven, Shiv’s 13,869-square-foot, upscale venue will feature dramatic lighting, cascading greenery, and sculputural element.

“We created Shiv Supper Club to be a fully immersive experience inspired by the world’s most renowned dining destinations,” says Ryan Hibbert, CEO of Riot Hospitality Group. “From the creativity behind the menu to the energy of the venue, every element has been perfectly crafted to excite every guest, and Shiv elevates the standard for fine dining in Scottsdale.”
The Shiv Supper Club menu was designed to impress. The tableside Truffle Butter Bread Service includes fresh truffles hand shaved into a house-made butter served tableside; chilled seafood towers, and multiple caviar offerings, such as the signature caviar dome that incorporates fresh lobster with house baked brioche toast and decadent lobster butter. Entree options include the Scallop Crudo, with incorporates delicate sashimi-grade sliced scallop with citrus buttermilk cream and aleppo spiced strawberry jus. There will also be a selection of charcoal-fired Prime steaks, including the show-stopping Colossal Tomahawk, which is also presented tableside.

Riot Hospitality Group’s Culinary Director Dustin Cooke, of award-winning Hand Cut Chophouse and Farm & Craft, developed the menu in collaboration with notable restaurateur and chef Jeff Mahin, who is behind the Michelin-starred Fat Duck in England, the former L2O in Chicago, Nobu, and the culinary partner of Lettuce Entertain You.
There’s also a robust drink program, which includes bespoke cocktails and live nightly entertainment.
Additionally, Shiv Supper Club in Scottsdale will feature the unique Dessert Room by Shiv, with jaw-dropping desserts, champagne, and elevated entertainment, and a sophisticated late-night vibe.
