Looking for a refreshing and festive summer cocktail? Try this recipe, created by mixologist Libby Lingua, owner/operator and bartender of Highball and co-founder of Two Hands Consulting.
Lingua used the locally-owned and award-winning ROXX Vodka to make the cocktail. ROXX is exceptionally smooth vodka that is distilled six times using the highest quality, pure, organic rye, and has zero additives. It can only be found across the Valley at select restaurants and retail outlets, such as AJ’s Fine Foods locations, among others. It’s also available to order online.
AZ TIKI TINI
- Roxx Vodka infused with Passion Hibiscus Tea – 1.50 ounces
- Cointreau – 0.50 ounces
- Passion Fruit puree – 0.50 ounces
- Liquid Alchemist Blood Orange Syrup – 0.50 ounces
- Fresh Lemon – 0.50 ounces
- Boiron Bergamot – 0.50 ounces
- 1 dash Tiki Bitters – 0.50 ounces
- Edible Pink Orchid to garnish
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Pour over ice into tiki mug or cocktail glass of your choice.
