Planning Continues for 64th Annual Phoenix Heart Ball at the Phoenician on November 11
By Kendra Riley | September 8, 2023
The 100+ ladies on the prestigious Phoenix Heart Ball committee reconvened this summer at Ocean 44 for their Mid-Year Meeting to continue planning efforts for the 64th Annual Phoenix Heart Ball, taking place at the Phoenician on November 11, 2023, which benefits the American Heart Association of Arizona. As the longest running black-tie gala in the state, the committee works year-round to ensure everything is in order for what is always the highlight of the social season.
Chaired by Charlene Berge-Blum, the theme for this year’s Ball is Accelerating Change. Which not only relates to her childhood growing up around cars and this year’s Honorary Chairs, Carolyn and Craig Jackson of the famous Barrett-Jackson car auction, but also the vitality, life force and energy that is translated through giving and using one’s power and passion for good.
This passion is shared in Berge-Blum’s executive committee, which includes Vice-Chairmen Lee Courtney and Natalie Gaylord, Sweetheart Kristine Thompson and Chairman-Elect Pamela Risoleo.
