Eight designs are available for customers to choose from, along with three styles of waterline tile and coping – all starting from $29,822 (versus a luxury pool, which could run anywhere from $200,000 to $500,000). Options to upgrade from the base options include LED pool lights, Ultra Poz or Pebble Sheen instead of plaster, an in-floor cleaning system, deck jets and more.
“Since we have all of the necessary systems for building already in place and the homeowner will apply for the permit, we’re able to offer a quick build out, anywhere from 6-8 weeks after excavation (depending upon supply and production availability),” said Palmero.
