The team behind the popular True Food Kitchen is unveiling a new concept in Scottsdale on Mon., Oct. 7. True Food Market will open at 8980 N. 90th St. and offer “tasty, wholesome meals designed to fuel busy lifestyles.”
Part restaurant and part market, the concept melds the convenience of a casual grab-and-go experience with True Food Kitchen’s quality and use of local ingredients.
“True Food Market brings the best of True Food Kitchen with our signature focus on real food for real life,” explains John Williams, CEO of True Food Kitchen and True Food Market. “We know it’s not always easy finding healthy meals on the go. We created True Food Market to make eating real food easier, empowering people to enjoy wholesome meals every day, no matter how busy life gets.”
The 2,800-square-foot space offers indoor dining space and an outdoor patio perfect for settling in for a meal, socializing, or working remotely.
True Food Market will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu focal point is the air-fried, gluten-free, herb-brined, antibiotic- and hormone-free True Crisp’d Air-Fried Chicken Tenders in some of its signature dishes, like the Nashville Hot Torpedo Roll and Hot Honey Chicken Biscuit. Other menu items include flatbreads, salads, and torpedo rolls. Breakfast includes breakfast tacos and smoothies.
“The menu has been guided by True Food’s leading standards for high-quality ingredients to create chef-crafted meals that fuel your body without sacrificing taste,” said Senior Vice President of Culinary Matthew Padilla.
Grab-and-go provisions include products by local brands, such as Audrey’s Chia Cookies, Big Marble Organics, Wild Rye Baking Co., Honey Hive Farms, and True Nopal Cactus Water.
The restaurant is open daily, and its all-day menu is available from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Breakfast is also served from 7 to 11 a.m.
