New Golf Locale Brings Its Clothing and Golf Items to Scottsdale
By Michelle Glicksman | January 15, 2025
While golf is always a mainstay here in Scottsdale, just in time for the popular WM Phoenix Open, a new golf locale has opened its doors.
Malbon Golf offers golf apparel and accessories for men, women, and youth, and is known for its collaborations with athletes and events, too.
The brand opened a 1,100-square-foot retail space at 7030 Greenway Pkwy. The space mixes modern design and innovation, with custom fixtures such as golf bag racks, putter holders, and shelving, all created specifically for Malbon’s products. The swirled base of the clothing racks mirrors the eye of the Buckets logo, adding a playful touch to the space. Designed with a gallery-inspired aesthetic, the fixtures function as sculptural furniture pieces, while the off-site fabrication process led to a seamless build-out that complements the store’s modern feel.
Malbon Golf was launched by Stephen and Erica Molbon in Los Angeles as a way to “push the game forward” by infusing it with “the energy of fashion, music, art, and lifestyle sports.” It is meant to be a bridge between the game’s storied past and today’s contemporary culture.
Malbon Golf also has retail stores in New York city, Los Angeles, Carmel by the Sea, Miami, Chicago, and Georgetown.
