It’s not the first place you’d think of for a pumpkin patch. But JoJo’s ShakeBAR at Scottsdale Quarter—which is known for its over-the-top shakes and innovative culinary experiences—is pulling out all the stops this fall season.
The JoJo’s ShakeBAR family has been working to transform the restaurants into an Instagrammable patch complete with unique pumpkin painting experiences, mobile succulent pumpkin workshops, and even a mixology class.
The pumpkin patch is $11 per person and only offers a selection of pumpkins, but also a place to paint them. It will be open Monday through Friday from Sept. 25 to Nov. 3.
For the succulant pumpkin workshop, JoJo’s is teaming up with The Flower Garage, a boutique floral studio from Scottsdale. During the workshop, which is offered on Sept. 28 and Oct. 19 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., guests can make their own custom arrangement. The $85 ticket comes with a pumpkin succulent and group dining experience.
Those looking to up their mixology skills can try the Basic Witch Mixology Class. The interactive class is led by skilled mixologists, and participants will discover the secrets behind creating tasty concoctions that blend seasonal flavors with a dash of creativity. Attendees must be 21-plus. The cost is $35 per person and the class will be held on select Mondays and Tuesdays from Sept. 18 to Oct. 31 from 6-8 p.m.

JoJo’s ShakeBAR will also introduce unforgettable specialty menu items like the Pumpkin Patch Shake, which is topped with a massive taffy apple, a whole whopping piece of pumpkin pie, a chocolate-toffee pretzel stick, and a freshly toasted marshmallow, as well as the Cowboy Shake, which consists of chocolate rocky road, cowboy cookies, a chocolate haystack, and a chocolate covered potato chip. Other seasonal additions include the Apple Pie Shot, Iced Pumpkin Spiked Latte, Caramel Apple Mules, Apple Cider, and the Biggie Hot Chocolate.
“We can’t wait to bring our Pumpkin Patch Experience to the Scottsdale Quarter because it’s the perfect opportunity to showcase JoJo’s full lineup of specialty cocktails and favorite diner classics,” says Robbie Schloss, managing partner of JoJo’s ShakeBAR. “Along with our signature Smash Burger and Honey Fried Chicken Sandwich, we will be featuring fall classics like Buffalo Mac & Cheese, Pop’s Pot Pie, and Like It Elote Salad.”
