Today we sit down with Oscar Granados, the owner of Scottsdale Collision Center. Granados is passionate about delivering high-quality collision repair services, and is committed to leadership, both in business and his community.

Scottsdale Collision Center has three locations across the Phoenix metro area, in Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix.

Here’s what he had to say about his dad, work, dents, and staying active.

What inspired you to purchase Scottsdale Collision Center?

I’ve always had a strong interest in cars and saw an opportunity to create a business that prioritizes both quality work and exceptional customer service. I wanted to build something that reflected my passion for precision and growth. Also, I wanted to have a place for my father to work, get paid tip dollars, and be comfortable.

Tell us about the growth …

When I purchased Scottsdale Collision Center, we had one location. Over the last six years, we’ve expanded to three locations—Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix—while continuously refining our processes to deliver superior repair quality and ensure customer satisfaction.

What are you most proud of regarding the company?

I’m proud of the reputation we’ve built for quality, transparency, and trust. We’ve grown not just in size but in the relationships we’ve developed with customers and the community. Also, my dad was able to retire after five years of helping us grow the business.

Any future plans?

We’re looking to continue expanding, both in terms of new locations and the services we offer. We’re also working on investing in cutting-edge technology to further improve our efficiency and customer experience.

Let’s talk dents—can you really get those out? Or do you only do large repairs?

Absolutely! We handle everything from minor dents to major collision repairs. Whether it’s paintless dent repair or a full body restoration, we have the expertise to get your car back to its best condition.

Any cars you can’t work on?

We can work on nearly any make or model, from luxury vehicles to everyday cars. We pride ourselves on being versatile and able to handle a variety of repair needs.

When you’re not pouring your time into the business, where would we find you?

You’d likely find me spending time with my family, working out, or involved in community projects that align with my passion for growth and leadership.

Favorite hobbies?

I enjoy staying active—working out regularly—and spending time with my family. I’m also constantly working on self-improvement, whether that’s through business, fitness, or personal growth.

Your favorite thing about Scottsdale is …

I love the sense of community here and the opportunity it provides for business growth. The weather’s not bad either!
