What do you love most about your profession?
I love the diversity of cases I get to do. I love the ability to take care of men and women of all ages. I get to perform reconstructive surgery and cosmetic surgery. It’s always exciting.
You authored “The Real Beauty Bible: Navigating Your Journey Through Plastic Surgery.” What are some of the main takeaways?
In The Real Beauty Bible, I focus on helping patients make informed, confident decisions about plastic surgery. The key takeaways are understanding your true motivations, managing expectations, and prioritizing safety. I emphasize the importance of choosing a board-certified surgeon, being emotionally prepared, and knowing that surgery should empower you—not create perfection. It’s about feeling more confident in your own skin for the right reasons.
Most requested procedure?
Breast surgery and tummy tucks.
Procedure you feel is most underrated?
Upper blepharoplasty.
You spend time on social media because …
I love to educate, entertain and inspire. It allows me the opportunity to connect with people and show them I am just a normal guy doing what I do. I’m able to show professional info and family information. It really just normalizes me, and it has connected me with so many great people and colleagues.
If you had to pick another profession, it would be …
Air Force pilot.
Favorite indulgent food?
Pizza.
Favorite book (besides yours, of course!)?
Hard one, to be honest. There are so many good books. So, I will pick one that comes to my mind: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant.
When you’re not working, you spend your time …
With my family. I like to do CrossFit and hike for exercise. I have taken up jiu-jitsu and that has been very fun. I love to travel, as well and do anything outdoors with them.
If you could change one thing about the world, it would be …
Ending poverty.
