Fogo de Chão
Centrally located and not far from Scottsdale Fashion Square is this Brazilan steakhouse, or churrascaria. The chefs here fire-roast high-quality meats utilizing the centuries-old Southern Brazilian cooking technique of churrasco, and guacho chefs wander more than 300-seat dining room, delivering various cuts via a tableside service model known as espeto corrido (Portuguese for “continuous service”). It boasts the largest selection of bourbons and whiskeys in the Southwest, matched by a classic handcrafted cocktail program and among the largest selections of fine wines in Arizona. The locale aims to be modern and elegant, yet unpretentious. Here, you’ll find Prime Elite wet-aged steaks, including bone-in cuts and chops; Wagyu selections; fresh seafood; and signature side dishes. The Annex dining room, which offers outdoor patio dining, opened next door in late 2024.

Open for almost 60 years, this traditional steakhouse has been a longtime Scottsdale staple. Centrally located, within walking distance of McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park, the fine-dining locale is family-friendly and offers a selection of everything from Prime steaks to seafood specialties. Children have a choice of roasted chicken, a 4 oz. filet, or broiled salmon. While there isn’t a specific dress code, certain attire is not permitted.

Located at Kierland Commons, this fine-dining steakhouse offers a traditionally elegant atmosphere and a menu selection of Prime steaks and fresh seafood. Order the 16 oz. “Proprietary” Prime Cajun Ribeye or 14 oz. Westholme Ribeye, or share the 26 oz. Tomahawk Ribeye.
