Vermillion Cliffs is a neighborhood of just over seventy luxury homes that offer views of the McDowell Mountain Range and the city lights of nearby Phoenix. This community provides seven base floorplans that were built to the original owner’s selection of various flexible features and custom upgrades. The neighborhood is also very near the McDowell Mountain Ranch community center. So children living in Vermillion Cliffs can walk to the center’s swimming pool, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and other amenities.

Built in the late 1990s, these large homes offer 2,300 to over 4,000 square feet of custom living spaces. Three to five bedrooms and three or four full baths are the standard features of these houses. However, there are outliers with five bedrooms and some that offer additional partial bathrooms. The average price in the community is typically closer to $1.1M, while some on larger lots with a perfect view are closing in on $1.4M or more. The custom features of these houses, the proximity to the 101 Pima Freeway, and the neighborhood schools in the Scottsdale Unified School District all work in favor of the increased desirability and value of the homes in the community.
