The Vaquero Drive neighborhood in Gainey Ranch offers luxury homes on substantial golf course lots. With less than two dozen homes, the community is relatively exclusive and delivers pristine views of the Arroyo golf course. Lots in the neighborhood are typically more prominent than in many course-front communities. Enjoying well over an acre is not unusual in this community. However, it is a change from the usual golf course lot size in the 85258 area and Scottsdale Unified School District.
