The Preserve community is located between Dynamite Boulevard and Pinnacle Vista. To the west of the neighborhood is a vast open desert area that adds to the feel of living outside the city and the stresses it adds to your daily life. However, with Scottsdale Road just a few miles from the community, it is never a long drive to reach the City of Scottsdale, Phoenix, or any of the fantastic attractions n the area, including Kierland Commons, Talking Stick Resort, Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden.
Homes in The Preserve are ideal for a growing family with 3,000 to 4,000 square feet of living space in most cases. Three to six bedrooms are the usual standard in the area, as are three to five full bathrooms. With more bedrooms than full baths, it is not uncommon to find a half bath somewhere in larger homes. The standard lots in the neighborhood are typically just under a full acre, while the irregular lots can reach closer to an acre and a quarter. Outdoor living spaces can be found in almost every backyard in the neighborhood to enjoy the mild climate in the area most of the year.
While there are homes just under or over the $1M point, the average price in the community is closer to $1.25. In addition, larger houses on the most oversized lots in the community are closing in on the $2M price point. Community fees in the area are relatively reasonable at $100 per month for care of the common areas in the neighborhood.
