Talon Fairways is a gated and guarded neighborhood in the community of Talon Retreat. This small neighborhood consists of four streets, all of which end in cul-de-sacs for privacy and little traffic. Lots are around a quarter acre and offer ample space for a swimming pool, spa, or extensive patio for outdoor entertaining, cooking, and dining.
The non-golf course lots range in price from the mid-800s to about $1.1M. But when you move to the lots overlooking the course, the price range jumps to over $1.3M for the most ideally located and well-appointed houses. In addition, the association fees in the neighborhood are roughly $2,000 a year to cover the cost of care for the community common areas and amenities.
