Cocktail Confidential at Lincoln Steakhouse: Craft the perfect cocktail under the guidance of Camelback Inn’s resort mixologist during its new experience, Cocktail Confidential: An Exclusive Mixology Class at Lincoln Steakhouse and Bar. The monthly experience is priced at $55++ per person and includes a spread of hors d’oeuvres and two or three cocktails per guest. Upcoming dates include Oct. 8 and Nov. 12. Spanish Sunset Experience: Enjoy the vibrant culinary delights of Spain during an exclusive al fresco dining experience at Camelback Inn, while immersed in the beauty of the resort’s Chef’s Garden at sunset. Spend the evening listening to the sounds of live flamenco music, and sipping sangria and Spanish wines, while the resort’s chefs prepare a show-stopping Paella Royal. The Spanish cuisine options include hand-carved jamón Serrano, a selection of cheeses, marinated olive, pan con tomate, fresh salads with ingredients handpicked from the JW Garden, and assorted Spanish desserts. New Menu at Rita’s Cantina & Bar: Channeling the sultry energy of its namesake drink, the margarita, Rita’s Cantina & Bar is a desert original, offering fresh takes on traditional Mexican food and drink for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. New menu highlights include Buttermilk Banana Pecan Pancakes with whipped mascarpone; Roasted Portobello Torta with charred bell peppers, crispy onions, arugula tossed in lime vinaigrette, and roasted garlic aioli; Agua Chile Shrimp with smashed avocado, pineapple and corn salsa, queso fresco, lime pearls, and tortilla strips; Arizona Citrus Glazed Chicken with charred cipollini, brown sugar glazed heirloom carrots, roasted baby zucchini and carrot puree with brown sugar; and more.
Permanent Vacay Lager by O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery: Brewed exclusively for Camelback Inn, in collaboration with O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery, guests can now sip on the refreshing, ultra-light Permanent Vacay on draft in Acacia Restaurant at Camelback Golf Club and Rita’s Cantina & Bar. Available in custom-made 16 oz. cans, this specially brewed lager can also be enjoyed poolside at Camelback Inn and at O.H.S.O. Brewery & Distillery Paradise Valley and Arcadia locations.
