This week, Grimaldi’s Pizzeria launched its new, limited-time fall menu. The menu not only celebrates the season but brings back the fan-favorite Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
Other menu items at this popular restaurant, which features handcrafted pizzas and calzones served in New York-themed dining rooms, include seasonal ingredients like Granny Smith apples, walnuts, pumpkin, and gorgonzola cheese.
“We call it the ‘Fall Favorites’ menu for a reason,” says Grimaldi’s Culinary Manager Hector Godinez. “These menu items remind guests of autumn in so many different ways—between the Buffalo Chicken Pizza tasting like the start of football season, to the pumpkin cheesecake giving you a sneak peek of the holidays, it’s sure to get folks ready for the leaves to change.”
The Fall Favorites menu includes:
Buffalo Chicken Pizza: Fire-braised chicken breast, Sweet Baby Ray’s® Hot Sauce, mozzarella, Gorgonzola crumbles, and celery.
Apple Walnut Salad: Baby spinach, Granny Smith apples, walnuts, and red onions tossed with balsamic dressing and topped with Gorgonzola crumbles.
Pumpkin Cheesecake: Pumpkin cheesecake with cinnamon sugar cookie crust. Topped with whipped cream and garnished with caramel sauce.
Choco’nana Cheesecake: Banana cheesecake with an Oreo cookie crust garnished with chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, and whipped cream.
The menu will be available for dine-in and takeout until Dec. 4 at all seven Arizona locations.
