Marcellino Ristorante is bringing back its popular Summer Supper Special and entertainment. The Summer Supper Special is now available through Sept. 7. For evening entertainment, the private dining room has been reserved every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from June 20 through Sept. 6 for Dinner and a Movie, and live music will continue throughout the summer.
The Summer Supper Special is a three-course prix fixe dinner for $49++ per person (limited to six per party), and it is available Tuesday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to close. The menu features a wide variety of options, including several starters, numerous entrees, and a homemade dessert.
Antipasto selections include the Caprese, Insalata Organiche (a salad of organic mixed field greens with aged balsamic dressing), and Cozze (fresh mussels sauteed with white wine, olive oil, and garlic or a light, slightly spicy tomato broth).
For the secondo course, choose from one of Chef Marcellino’s handcrafted pastas, Gnocchi Sorrentina; Pollo Saporito (pieces of chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, and pine nuts, in a light tomato sauce, served with oven roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables); and The Salmone Con Cognac (a wild-caught Atlantic salmon filet sauteed in a cognac cream flambe, served with creamy mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables).
Dessert is a house made Tiramisu.
Beginning June 20, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings at 5:30 p.m., Dinner and a Movie will be offered in Marcellino’s private dining room. Up to 10 guests can dine on authentic Italian cuisine while watching one of six award-winning films that have been selected for their beautiful Italian settings. The use of the room is complimentary, but dinner service is required. Select from the regular menu or Marcellino’s three-course Summer Supper menu.
