The Sunrise neighborhood has the honor of overlooking the front nine on the Renegade Golf Course. With the community near the front gate of Desert Mountain, there is fast access to Cave Creek Road and all the amenities nearby. While most of the houses in the community were built between 1987 and 2009, a few lots are still being offered for sale. It will take nearly a million dollars to secure one of these highly coveted lots to get one of the few remaining acres in the Sunrise neighborhood.
