The Sonoran Fairways community includes just over one hundred homes with six different floorplans named after native Arizona plants. The community is near Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. And even better, the neighboring property is the McDowell Mountain Golf Club, so the community is peaceful and serene. However, when it is time to commute to downtown, Sky Harbor Airport, or ASU, the 101 Pima Freeway is nearby for a faster route than surface streets.

The houses in Sonoran Fairways were built by Shea Homes, dating back as far as 1999. The community includes three two-story and three single-story floorplans with a size range of 2,000 to nearly 3,500 square feet. Each home also includes a two or three-car attached garage. Three or four bedrooms are the norm in the community, as are two to four bathrooms in various configurations. While the outdoor living space is not massive, it is ample for a swimming pool or entertaining area to increase the spacious feel of these homes.

The average house price in Sonoran Fairways is in the high $800s. A few homes in the interior of the neighborhood are in the lower $700s, making them an ideal investment for a buyer willing to make renovations and customize their dream golf course home. However, the houses that back to the golf course are typically between $1M and $1.4M. Community fees in the neighborhood are very reasonable, at under $250 per quarter, to contribute to the care of the community common areas.
