The community of Santuario contains less than twenty homes in a gated setting near Scottsdale and Happy Valley Roads. The community dates back to 2006 and 2007 and consists of a single street that ends in cul-de-sacs at each end. The ideal location near Scottsdale Road offers easy access south to the City of Scottsdale and excellent shopping at Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square, and Scottsdale Quarter. In addition, the direct route to the 101 Pima Freeway makes trips to downtown, Sky Harbor Airport, and ASU stress-free.

The houses in Santuario range in size from just over 5,700 to nearly 6,000 square feet. These custom estate-like homes usually offer four to six bedrooms and five to six full bathrooms. Some also include a half bath for added functionality. The finishes and attention to detail in these homes are nothing but the best, as are the outdoor features. Large patio spaces for entertaining and relaxing are complemented by swimming pools, spas, and putting greens. BBQ islands and outdoor dining areas are also typical in these stunning backyards. The average lot is close to an acre, offering plenty of space for added features and outbuilding if the standard four to six-car garage is insufficient. 

The association fees in the community are just under $200 per month for care of the common areas in the neighborhood and the gated access system. Houses in Santuario start in the mid-$1.5M range and reach over $2M for the largest homes on the most ideally located lots.
