The Sand Flower neighborhood is a group of large homes on lots typically between half and a full acre. The southern corner of the community is located at Mule Train and Black Mountain Roads, providing easy access to Hayden Road to travel south and Carefree Highway for travel west. These direct routes simplify commuting to downtown, Old Town Scottsdale, and Sky Harbor Airport.
