Rancho Saguaro features mostly larger homes in this well-established Scottsdale neighborhood. Many buyers are upgrading from smaller or starter homes nearby and love all this ideally located neighborhood has to offer. Orange Tree Golf Resort and Sereno Park sit at the southeast and northeast corners of the community, respectively, while Paradise Valley Mall is just east of the community.

Located between Sweetwater Avenue and Cactus Road, just west of 56th Street, the community offers residents a straight path to both the 101 and 51 for an easy commute to downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport, and other work hubs around the city. Students living in Rancho Saguaro attend Desert Shadows ElementaryDesert Shadows Middle School, and Horizon High School,, which are all part of the Paradise Valley Unified District.

The more stately homes in the neighborhood were built between the early 1970s and early 1990s. While there are more economical finds in the area priced around $680,000, the median home price is close to $1.2M and caps out at over $1.6 M. Smaller homes offer about 2,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two baths. The larger end of the spectrum is nearly double the size at 4,000 square feet and up to five bedrooms and four baths, with lots reaching a bit over half an acre.

Public transportation is less prevalent in Rancho Saguaro. However, there are many options for biking within the community and to nearby shops, restaurants, and parks. This community continues to spark interest from local buyers and those new to Phoenix, making it a solid investment in a sought-after neighborhood.
