Pinnacle Peak Circle is a tiny community that consists of a single street and circle that provides access to the five properties in the neighborhood. This exclusive community is south of Pinnacle Peak Road, east of Pima Road. The location offers easy access to the downtown area, Sky Harbor Airport, and ASU via the 101 Pima Freeway, in addition to nearby shopping, dining, and healthcare options. While the houses are substantial, the properties definitely offer a much more rural feel than some of the more formal neighborhoods in the 85255 zip code.

 Most houses in Pinnacle Peak Circle were built in the late 1990s, while the remaining were completed in the early 2000s. The smallest of the homes is just over 2,500 square feet, while the average size is typically closer to 4,400 square feet. Three or four bedrooms and four or five full bathrooms are the norm, with some houses including a partial bath. Outdoor living features are abundant in this more natural setting. Swimming pools, putting greens, tennis courts, and massive patios are common. The added outdoor entertaining and relaxing space adds significant value to these multi-acre properties.
