Dr. Kevin Tehrani is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He is also the founder and director of Aristocrat Plastic Surgery & MedAesthetics, with locations in Manhattan and Long Island.
Dr. Tehrani specializes in both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, with expertise in procedures such as breast augmentation, facelifts, and abdominal wall reconstruction. He is known for his meticulous approach and dedication to achieving natural-looking results for his patients.
Dr. Tehrani earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and completed his general surgery residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel Medical Center in New York, where he served as Chief Resident. He further specialized in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Kansas University Medical Center.
Beyond his clinical practice, he is actively involved in research, education, and philanthropic efforts, including providing surgical care to children with congenital defects in underserved regions. He’s the director of aesthetic Plastic Surgery fellowship endorsed by the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. His contributions to the field have earned him recognition as a leader in plastic surgery, and he is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
