Pinnacle Reserve One is a smaller community near Scottsdale and Happy Valley Roads. The community dates back to 1997 and 1998 for most of the homes’ construction. These family-friendly single-family houses are perfectly located for anyone commuting to the City of Scottsdale, downtown, Sky Harbor Airport, and ASU as the 101 Pima Freeway is just a short drive down Scottsdale Road. In addition, this quiet neighborhood is surrounded by natural desert spaces and walking trails, making it perfect for active families who enjoy the great outdoors. 

Houses in Pinnacle Reserve One range in size from around 1,600 to over 2,500 square feet. The tile roofs and stucco exteriors of the homes make them easy to maintain, thanks to these durable finishes. On the interior, expect to find two or three bedrooms and two or three full bathrooms with an optional powder room in some homes. Two-car attached garages are also a standard feature in this community. While the lots are not massive, they offer plenty of space for a swimming pool, outdoor seating, dining areas, and play areas for children.

The variation in pricing is often due to the timing of the last renovation or upgrades to these homes averaging over 25 years old. The association fees in the neighborhood are extremely reasonable at only $30 per month for care of the community common areas. Children in the community attend Paradise Valley Schools, with the elementary school just a mile away.
