Pinnacle Peak Estates Three is a large community near Happy Valley and Pima Roads. The community boasts natural beauty in every direction, with Pinnacle Peak and McDowell Mountain views. This community of custom homes enjoys all the benefits of living outside the city while also having fast access south to Phoenix on Pima Road and the 101 Pima Freeway. From the 101, all East Valley suburbs, Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, the Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden are just a short drive away.
The houses in the community were built from the mid-1980s to the mid to late 1990s and offered a variety of styles, including Old World Tuscan, Santa Barbara, and more contemporary selections. The houses in Pinnacle Peak Estates Three range in size from just over 3,200 square feet to more than 5,300 and feature three to six bedrooms and similar numbers of full bathrooms. These large homes usually sit on lots as large as an acre or more and offer four or more car garages. However, some car enthusiasts have expanded to accommodate nearly a dozen of their favorite vehicles.
Pricing in the community varies considerably based on the age of the house, its size, and the size of the lot.
