Montecito is a neighborhood of just over eighty single-family detached homes at Bell Road and Thompson Peak Parkway. With shopping just across the street from the community, it is ideal for busy professionals and families enjoying the beauty and serenity of this community clearly outside the hustle and noise of the city.
