La Vista is a larger community north of Pinnacle Peak between Hayden and Scottsdale Roads. The community is just a minute or two from shopping for groceries or grabbing a meal in one of the many nearby malls along Scottsdale Road. Then it is just a short drive to the 101 Pima Freeway and anything you might want in Scottsdale, Phoenix, or the surrounding suburbs. Family fun is also nearby at McDowell MountainPhoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Garden. In addition, there are walking trails and a park area in the community for family activities close to home.

The houses in La Vista were built in the early 2000s and range in size from around 2,400 to over 3,000 square feet. The typical floorplans offer three to five bedrooms and two or three full bathrooms, making them ideal for growing families. Three-car attached garages are also the typical fare in these traditional or contemporary-style houses. Outside, these ample lots often include a sizable swimming pool, ample patio space for entertaining or relaxing, and grass or turf panels for children and pets to enjoy throughout the year. With natural areas surrounding much of the community, the feeling is always peaceful and relaxing when enjoying some time outdoors.

The entry-level houses in the community are valued in the mid $700s to low $800s. An average price in the neighborhood would be closer to the mid-$900s. However, there are some homes reaching just over $1M. The community association fees are very affordable at only $55 per month for the care of community features.
