The Hermosa Heights Neighborhood | Scottsdale, Arizona
Hermosa Heights is a very exclusive little community of fewer than twenty homes near Hayden and Jomax Roads. The tiny neighborhood consists of a single-loop road of large homes on nicely sized lots. Most of the houses were built in the 1990s and offer a variety of styles and designs, from hacienda and contemporary to Santa Barbara and Tuscan. Located centrally between Pima and Scottsdale Roads, residents of Hermosa Heights have multiple options to head south into Scottsdale or beyond to the downtown Phoenix area or the 101 Pima Freeway. From there, access is easy to reach Sky Harbor Airport, ASU, Kierland Commons, and Talking Stick Resort.
The houses in the community range in size from around 2,700 to over 4,200 square feet and typically offer three to five bedrooms. The full bathroom count is often three or four, with a partial bath included in some cases. The living spaces in the family-friendly houses are finished with the highest quality materials and offer authentic luxury living. Formal living and dining areas are complemented with more relaxed spaces, including home theaters and family rec rooms. Lots vary in size from nearly half an acre to over one and three-quarter acres. These spaces afford room for swimming pools, extensive patios for relaxing and entertaining, and up to six-car garages.
The prices in Hermosa Heights are relatively constant, with a range of $1.2M to about $1.5M. The community fees are exceptionally affordable at only $50 per month to care for the street areas.
