The Gainey Village Villas is a community of detached homes in a gated community near Doubletree Ranch and Scottsdale Road. The original homes in the neighborhood date back to the late 1990s. However, some of the houses were added in later years. Located in the sought-after 85258 zip code and Scottsdale Unified School District, the location is perfect for families, and the homes always hold their value. In addition, residents enjoy being able to walk to The Shops at Gainey and Gainey Village Spa and Fitness facilities.

The houses in the Gainey Village Villas neighborhood range in size from 2,100 to over 3,900 square feet and typically offer two to four bedrooms and up to four full baths. Finding a powder room or three-quarter bath in these family-friendly homes is also common. Garage parking for two or three vehicles is also provided with attached garages.
