Event Details

Come and find out what’s really happening under the dome at the State Capitol.

You’ll meet parents, educators, and advocates at the Rose Garden and get to know your lawmakers during our Stand Day at the Capitol.

Never been to the Capitol? No problem. This will be a fun and easy way to learn how the legislative process works. You’ll get to network with friends and legislators, as well as raise awareness about the importance of third-grade reading, education funding, and teacher pay.

If you like, you can choose to participate in several activities, including visiting with your legislators and viewing a House or Senate committee in action.
