Uchi Scottsdale’s Chef Collaboration Dinner | July
Uchi Scottsdale is proud to announce its 2026 chef collaboration dinner series, continuing its tradition of hosting the region’s most innovative culinary voices for a series of one-night-only experiential menus. Starting this June, Uchi Scottsdale Chef de Cuisine Blake Luecke will welcome a diverse lineup of partners to blend their unique flavors with Uchi’s signature Japanese cuisine.
In July, Chef Nigel J Lobo will bring the reimagined regional flavors of INDIBAR to the Uchi kitchen. An award-winning chef and James Beard Award semifinalist for Best New Restaurant, Nigel is known for blending modern technique with cultural depth. Guests can expect a contemporary Indian-Japanesse fusion menu that honors traditional roots while pushing the boundaries of modern hospitality.
