To celebrate its second anniversary as one of Scottsdale’s top fine dining destinations, COURSE proudly debuts Course: Cellar Selections—an immersive new series spotlighting boutique, highly allocated wines, exceptional cuisine, and rich storytelling.
Join us on Thursday, June 5 at 6 p.m. for the inaugural event in this exclusive series: a wine dinner in collaboration with the esteemed DANA Estates, a Napa Valley winery known for producing terroir-driven, world-class wines. Each of the five courses, thoughtfully created by Chef Cory Oppold, is expertly paired to complement the elegance and complexity of DANA Estates’ wines.
Menu highlights include:
- King Crab with caviar and asparagus, paired with Krug Grande Cuvée 171st Edition
- Sonoma Duck with beet and black pepper, paired with DANA Estates VASO (2020)
- Copper State Ranch Ribeye with classic Bordeaux sauce, paired with DANA Estates Hershey Vineyard (2019)
- A refreshing finale of Lemon Madeleine with raspberry and verbena, paired with Honig Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc (2023)
