The Eastwood neighborhood is unique as it is not part of Gainey Ranch proper. Also known as Carriage Square at Gainey Ranch, the community is inside the boundary of the original land purchased for Gainey Ranch. The location is still ideal for walking to the Shops at Gainey Village and the other amenities in the community. However, the huge benefit of Eastwood is that the community fees are only a fraction of those paid by residents in Gainey Ranch proper.
