The community of Chiricahua Villas is a gated community of twenty-one luxurious Tuscan-style homes. The design of the houses is authentic, down to the mud-set clay tiles on the roofs. In addition, the aptly named community sits in a place of honor over the first hole of the Desert Mountain Chiricahua Golf Course. This par 72 course is the fifth designed by the legendary Jack Nicklaus. The outdoor spaces in the community offer the ideal place to relax in the evening and enjoy the view of the city lights off in the distance.

The detached villas were built in the early 2000s and offered eight floorplans. The typical builds provided three or four bedrooms in the 3,000 to 4,200-square-foot homes. As the size and age of the homes are all quite similar, the pricing is very consistent throughout the neighborhood. The price range in Chiricahua Villas is $2.5M to $3.3M.

Many homes enjoy an unobstructed view of the mountains, while others overlook the golf course. Living in this setting is enough to forget that one of the largest cities in the country is just a short thirty-minute drive outside the neighborhood’s gate.
